The Performing Arts Chapter (PAC)
The objective of EA’s Performing Arts Chapter is to promote awareness and understanding of the Eurasian culture to other ethnic groups and the general public, through Music, Dance and Drama. We aim to draw in more artistic volunteers to participate in our programmes and activities.
The PAC is proud to have co-produced “Eurasiana – A Musical Tribute”, a concert celebrating EA’s 90th Anniversary on 26 & 27 Jun 09 at the Esplanade. Our frontline included Anna Belle Francis, Jeremy Monteiro, Hamish Brown, Michella Therese, Eunice Olsen, Brian Richmond, Andrea De Cruz. The 50-piece Singapore Pop Orchestra under the baton of Iskandar Ismail also backed Alemay Fernandez, Vernon Cornelius, Royston Minjoot, John Molina, Stephen Francis, Marina Xavier, Don Richmond, Candice De Rozario, Claressa Monteiro and Nic Hogan.

- Inter-Racial Inter Religious Harmony Night 2005 – 2009,
- Orange Ribbon 2008 – 2009,
- Chingay 2007 – 2009,
- CLAP – 2006 – 2008
PAC currently has 2 groups which perform on EA’s behalf. They are:
- Daily Fix – a quartet of young men who sing in genre’s stretching from Frank Sinatra to Jason Marnz.
- Eurasiana Dancers – a young dance group that sways to Traditional Portuguese Folk, Spanish and Modern Rhythms.
We are looking at creative and artistic people who may want a platform to showcase their talent, whatever they may be, dancing, acting, singing, painting, playing an instrument, reading poetry, telling stories or even event management. Give us a call, or better still drop by the EA.
